摘要
目的探讨胸腔闭式引流管滑脱的原因并提出有效的防护措施。方法对在该院发生的9例胸腔闭式引流管滑脱原因进行分析,包括缺乏不效固定、缺乏经验、预见性不足、不重视高危时期。结果针以这些原因采取相应的对策,如加强护患沟通、加强医护沟通、重视新调入护士及轮科护士的培训、增加胸腔闭式引流管外固定、进行科内讨论并制定措施。结论做好防脱管护理,将胸腔闭式引流管滑脱列入质量管理范畴,既减少了管道意外滑脱给患者带来的痛苦,也提高了护理人员的护理意识,提高护理质量。
Objective Analysis of 9 cases of patients with closed thoracic drainage tube spondylolisthesis and puts forward effec- tive protective measures.
