摘要
样品经高氯酸-硝酸(1+4)混合溶液消化,以盐酸作为预还原剂,用氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定全血中硒。在6mol.L-1盐酸溶液中加入溶于20g.L-1氢氧化钠溶液的5g.L-1硼氢化钠溶液使与溶液中硒离子反应生成氢化物。方法的检出限(3s/k)为1.8μg.L-1。应用此法测定2份血液样品中硒含量,方法的回收率在94.9%~107%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)小于3%。
Sample of blood was digested with mixed acid of HClO4-HNO3(1+4),and the content of Se in the solution obtained was determined by HG-ICP-AES with addition of HCl as pre-reductant.In a 6 mol·L-1 HCl medium,hydrides of Se was generated by reacting with 5 g·L-1 NaBH4 solution(dissolved in 20 g·L-1 NaOH solution).Value of detection limits(3s/k) found was 1.8 μg·L-1.The proposed method was used in the determination of Se in 2 blood samples,giving values of recovery in the range of 94.9%-107% with RSD(n=10) less than 3%.
