通过对山西省"十二五"期间能源消费的预测,选择建设能源消费少、产值高的固定资投资项目,以使国民经济快速发展的同时减少能源消耗和保护环境。
Through the energy consumption forecast of Shanxi Province during the ＂12th Five-Year＂, fixed assets investment projects with low energy consumption and high output value can be selected, to enable the energy consumption reduction and environment protection in the rapid development of the national economy at the same time.
