摘要
通过RAP料的级配分析、RAP结团状况分析、RAP料中旧集料级配及残余性能分析以及RAP料中旧沥青三大指标试验,对旧沥青及矿料的性能评价及可利用性进行了分析探讨,为了提高新沥青胶浆的高温性能,建议乳化沥青冷再生混合料掺加一定量的矿粉,调节混合料级配;为了满足级配要求,冷再生混合料有时需要掺加新集料调节级配。
Through the RAP aggregate gradation analysis,RAP clustering situation analysis,RAP material old aggregate gradation and residual performance analysis and RAP material old asphalt three indexes test,this paper analyzed and discussed the performance evaluation and availability of old asphalt and mineral aggregate.In order to improve the high temperature performance of new asphalt mortar,suggested mixed a certain amount of mineral powder with emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture,adjusted the mixture gradation,in order to meet the gradation requirements,the cold recycled mixture sometimes should add new aggregate to adjust gradation.
