摘要
混合水射流喷丸强化技术是高压水射流喷丸强化技术的延拓和发展,它增强了高压水射流喷丸强化的作用效果,能够有效延长金属零件的疲劳寿命。本文在介绍混合水射流喷丸强化原理及装置的基础上,分析了前后混合水射流喷丸强化产生的表面残余压应力和疲劳寿命的变化规律。
mixed water jet peening is extension and development of high pressure water jet peening, which can enhance the high pressure water jet peening effect and prolong metal part fatigue life. Based on introducing theory and equipment of mixed water jet peening, the paper analyzes the rule of surface compressive residual stress and fatigue life produced by pre:-mixed and rear-- mixed water jet peening.
