摘要
为引导高校提升科技创新能力以及社会服务水平,在借鉴国内外高校科研评估体系的基础上,分别构建了理工农医类和人文社科类科研产出效益的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定了指标权重。该评价体系以创新和质量为评价导向,考虑了科研产出的学术影响力、社会影响力及经济效益,且层次分析法的检验结果表明,该体系指标权重科学合理。
In order to guide college to promote their ability of technological innovation and social service, two kinds of evaluation index system for research benefit were constructed respectively-one for Science＆ Engineering and one for Humanities ＆ Social Sciences based on the research evaluation systems in and abroad. AHP method was adopted to de-termine the weight of the evaluation systems. These two evaluation systems comprehensively consider the academic influence, social influence, economic benefits. AHP result shows weight of evaluation system is reasonable.
