摘要
头发七经有机溶媒脱色、热水提取、乙醇沉淀及进一步精制得头发七多糖 ( AL J)。该多糖经 Sephadex G- 75柱层析证明为均一多糖 ,气相色谱测得头发七多糖是由鼠李糖 ( Rha)、阿拉伯糖 ( Ara)、木糖 ( Xyl)、甘露糖 ( Man)、葡萄糖 ( Glc)和半乳糖 ( Gal)聚合而成的杂多糖 ,其摩尔比为 3.43∶ 2 .86∶ 1 .0 0∶ 8.57∶ 85.71∶ 5.71。经 Sephadex G- 2 0 0凝胶过滤法测得其平均分子量为 1 .8× 1 0 4 。经高碘酸氧化 ,Smith降解 ,有甲酸、丙三醇生成 ,说明多糖含有 ( 1→6)甙键。红外光谱测定 ,ALJ在 835cm- 1处有吸收 ,说明为α键型。因此 ,AL J多糖结构主要以 α- ( 1→ 3)、α- ( 1→ 6)甙键连接而成的杂多糖。
Alectoria jubata was extracted with organic solvents, Alectoria jubata polysaccharide (ALJ) was isolated and purified from water extract of residue.Sephadex G 75 gel chromatography showed that ALJ was shown to be single substances.By gas chromatography analysis,periodate oxidation and Smith degradation,and IR analysis,it can be concluded that ALJ is a heteropolysaccharide,the main chain is composed of α(1→3) and α(1→6) linkage.
