摘要
当前的就业压力不仅体现为就业岗位缺少,更多的是就业质量低下,如何通过高校毕业生就业指导教学来促进他们与组织之间的匹配,达到促进就业与稳定就业的目的成为了一个极具现实意义的问题。通过对个人-组织匹配的内涵进行阐述,然后分析个人组织匹配对用人单位的意义与对就业指导课程的影响,最后从反思性的课程导入设计、共性与个性的课程内容安排、现实性的模拟三个方面构建了高校毕业生就业指导课程体系。
The current pressure of employment is not only the lack of jobs, but also the employment quality, and how to promote the fit degree between college graduates and the organizatians through the employment guidance course, and to enhance the employment and its stability becomes a realistic problem. This paper firstly discusses the connotation of person-organization fit, and then analyzes the influence of person-organization fit to the employing and the employment guidance course. Finally, this article constructs the college graduates employment guidance curriculum system from the reflection of curriculum design, generality and individuality of the arrangement of course content, realistic simulation.
