摘要
基于市政道路检查井病害研究的现状,深入研究了城市建设的不同时期不同路面上的各种类型检查井的井盖与井体的适用性问题。其中,通过分析复合材料井盖和铸铁井盖,研究检查井井盖的适用性,认为复合材料检查井盖不适用于机动车道,短期可适度在人行道使用;在不同路面应推广球墨铸铁井盖:混凝土路面推广球墨铸铁弹簧锁闭井盖,沥青路面推广防沉降球墨铸铁井盖,人行道上推广下沉式方形球墨铸铁井盖。通过划分砖砌检查井、塑料检查井和装配式预制钢筋混凝土检查井,研究检查井井体的适用性,认为应淘汰砖砌式排水检查井,短期上非排水检查井应选用预制混凝土模块检查井;排水小管道(管径≤600mm)应采用塑料检查井,排水大管道(管径≥800mm)应采用装配式预制钢筋混凝土检查井。
Based on the research of the municipal road inspection wells problems, the applicability of various types of manhole cover and manhole body for different pavement struc- tures in different periods are studied. Firstly, the applicability of manhole covers are studied from composite manhole covers and cast iron covers, and comes to the conclusion as follows： com- posite manhole cover is not suitable to vehicle lanes, may be moderate on the sidewalk recently; ductile iron manhole cover is suitable to all pavement structures, spring locking of ductile iron manhole cover can be used to concrete pavement, anti settling of ductile iron manhole cover can be used to asphalt pavement,sink type square of ductile iron manhole cover can be used to sidewalk. Secondly, the applicability of manhole body are stud- ied from brick inspection well, plastic inspection well and pre- fabricated concrete inspection well, and comes to the conclusion as follows ： cull the brick - drainage inspection well in time, and choose precast concrete module inspection well for the non - drainage inspection well, choose plastic inspection well for small drainage pipeline （diameter ≤ 600mm）, choose prefabricated concrete inspection well for big drainage pipe （diameter ≥ 800mm）.
