一氧化氮光学生物传感器的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 生物体内的一氧化氮(NO)的生成由一氧化氮合酶(NOS)催化。NOS以L-精氨酸为底物,以还原型辅酶II(NADPH)作为电子供体,生成NO和L-瓜氨酸。生成的NO作用于机体血管、神经和免疫系统等靶器官,在许多生命活动中发挥着重要的作用。
