神经干细胞增殖分化研究中的常用标记物 被引量:8

摘要 自1992年Reynolds等提出神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)的概念后,神经干细胞就因其独特的地位与优势迅速成为神经科学研究的热点,在研究神经干细胞内源性增殖与外源性移植时,对其正确、高效、明晰的标记显得极为重要。
