摘要
我国商标权评估理论研究上存在着评估对象混同、评估方法隔离、评估制度不完善等问题,分析探讨相关解决思路有助于我国知识产权战略的有效实施。目前当务之急是做好以下工作:一是明确商标权价值属性,科学诠释商标权价值构成;二是以公允价值为基础确定商标权价值评估方法;三是建立科学的评估制度体系和运行平台。
There are more theoretical research deficiencies on trademark evaluation, such as assessment object confusion, evaluation methodology isolation and imperfect systems. We explore related solutions that will contribute to the effective implementation of our intellectual property strategy. What we suggest are as follows ： First, defined the trademark property and its value composition; Second, determined trademark valuation method based on the fair value; Third, establish a scientific trademark evaluation system and operation platform.
