摘要
将Asota纤维以不同配比掺入本色浆中打浆、抄片、检测,以评价Asota纤维在纸类产品上应用的可行性。试验结果表明,掺配Asota纤维后,纸样的撕裂指数、吸水高度均有所提高,工频击穿电压增高,工频击穿强度降低。工业上,应根据纸张性能要求选择不同的掺配量。
After Asota fibre mixed with unbleached wood pulp in different ratio was beated, and paper sheet was made and detected to evaluate the feasibility of Asota fiber used in paper products. The test results showed that the tear index, water absorption height of the sheet increase, the industrial frequency breakdown voltage increase, the industrial frequency breakdown strength reduce. The industry. So right blending amount of Asota fiber should be chosen to meet the requirements of paper properties.
