摘要
针对白泥纤维脆性大,刚性强的特征,通过化学接枝法合成了聚乙烯醇-γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(PVA-KH560)软化剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪对软化剂进行了表征。利用此软化剂对白泥纤维进行软化改性,通过失重率法、感官鉴定纤维柔软度法、感官鉴定纤维强度法、过筛法对软化效果进行评估,得到最佳的软化方案。并利用软化后的白泥纤维与植物纤维进行配抄,测定其对纸张性能的影响。结果表明,随白泥纤维用量的增加,纸张抗张强度、环压强度均减小。因此,要控制白泥纤维的使用量。
According to characteristics of brittleness, strong rigidity of the white mud fibers, softener system of polyvinyl alcohol -γ-glycidyl ether oxygen propyl trimethox'y silane (PVA-KH560) was synthesized by chemical grafting method.The softener was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that white mud fibers were modified by this softener, using method of weight loss, sensory evaluation of fiber softness, sensory evaluation of fiber strength and sieving method to evaluate the effect of softening, and to get the best plan of softening. Its effect on paper properties were studied by papers made of modified white mud fibers and plant fibers. With increasing of the white mud fibers amount, the paper tensile strength, compressive strength decrease. We must regulate the amount of white mud fiber we used.
