摘要
目的:建立测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊中主成分含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法。色谱柱为ApolloC18,流动相为甲醇-水-0.2mol/L三氟乙酸溶液(5:90:5,V/V/V),流速为0.7ml/min,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl,漂移管温度为110℃,载气流速为3.0L/min,响应值为1,撞击器状态为关。结果:盐酸氨基葡萄糖检测质量浓度在34.6~346.0μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=1.23%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高、重复性好,可以用于测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊中主成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of main component in Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules. METHODS: HPLC-ELSD method was adopted. The determination was performed on Apollo C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-0.2 mol/L three fluorine acetic acid (5 : 90 : 50, V/V/V) at the flow rate of 0.7 ml/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ~C, and injection volume was 10μl. The temperature of drift tube was 110℃, and the flow of carri- er gas was 3.0 L/min. The response value was 1 and the impactor had been close down. RESULTS:The linear range of glucosamine hydrochloride was 34.6-346.0 gg/ml (r=0.999 8) with mean recovery of 99.0% (RSD=1.23% , n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, reliable, sensitive and reproducible, and it can be applied for the content determination of main components in Glucosamine hydroehloride capsules.
