摘要 在媒介技术不断发展及UGC走向深入的条件下,新媒体传播碎片化特征明显。独特的话语模式和传播过程使得碎片化传播根本上更加符合新闻价值规律。新型碎片化传播观的关键特性是分享:分享新闻与新闻功能;分享理解与理解框架。它的本质诉求是赋权:倡导自我赋权;鼓励推动增权。这种新型传播观将发挥巨大的足以改变社会的传播效能。 It takes on an obviously characteristic of fragmentary in new media dissemination under the conditions of sustainable development of the media technology and the UGC.Fragmentary dissemination conforms to news value better based on the unique discourse mode and the dissemination process.The nuclear characteristic of the new fragment view of communication is to share,which shares news and the functions of news and shares comprehensions and the frames of comprehensions.Meanwhile,the essential assertion of the fragment view of communication is to empower,which not only initiates users to empower themselves but also encourages interventions to promote empowerment.It is of great efficiency to change the society.
