摘要
为了提高项目还贷的工作成效，以浙江省临安市为例，对还贷工作中的还贷意识、经济风险、项目林和公益林的矛盾等诸多问题，进行深入剖析，并提出了落实公益林补偿机制、政府财政担保、减免税费、降低贷款利息、延长贷款期限等建议，以促进项目还贷工作顺利进行。
In order to improve efficiency of repaying Loan, this paper expoundly analysed a lot of questions, such as repaying loan consiciousness, economic risk and contradiction between project forest and non-commodity forest, proposed some suggestions, such as building compasition machnism for non-commodity forest, government finance guarantee, reducing or remitting tax fee, decreasing interest of loan and prolonging period of loan repaying.
