核电硼注箱人孔主螺柱的结构改进

摘要 针对硼注箱人孔主螺柱的结构,根据加工经验,将人孔主螺柱的两种结构对比分析,介绍其结构的难易加工情况,结构的合理性。介绍螺纹、内孔加工的加工过程,采用螺栓拉伸机时残余变形量的测量,水压试验的操作规程,提出加工中注意的问题,为此类螺柱的加工提供借鉴。 In light of the processing experience, the two structures of the manhole main threaded stud of the boron injection tank are analyzed comparatively to introduce the difficulty or easiness in processing of the two structures, and the rationality of each structure. The paper also introduces the stud thread and inner hole processing, the measurement of the residual transformation when adopting the stud stretcher, and the operation role of the hydraulic test. And issues shall be noticed are put forward to provide reference for processing of studs of the same kind.
