摘要
我国证券业的创新业务近年来有了初步发展,但传统业务面临激烈的同质化竞争,仍然没有摆脱传统的盈利模式,与国际先进投资银行有着较大差距,同时在金融业内有被边缘化趋势。因此我国券商必须构建自身的核心竞争力,通过国内外并购重组、业务转型创新和国际化来发展壮大,建设国际一流投资银行。
In recent years,the innovative businesses in China have gained preliminary development,but the traditional business is faced with fierce homogeneows competition and still hasn＇t got rid of the influence from the traditional profit model. There exists a large gap between the international advanced investment banks and the domestic ones which have a marginalized tendency in the financial industry. Therefore,the domestic securities companies have to build their own competitiveness and construct the international first-class investment banks by the means of mergers and acquisitions,business transformation and innovation, and internationalization.
