摘要
生产性粉尘是破坏车间工作环境的一个重要因素,也是造成诸多严重职业病的最主要元凶,除尘方式的选用一直是工业生产研究和探讨的一个热门话题。袋式除尘器因结构简单、造价低廉、尾气能满足环保标准可直排大气、操作简易、物料回收率高等优点得以广泛使用。文章就一个常压固相高温聚合中试车间所产生的少量粉尘,尝试使用袋式除尘器进行改善工作环境、提高产品收率,取得预期效果。
he productbility dusts is one of the important factors to damage the shop work environment. It is also the main culprit of many serious occupation disease. Methods how to dedust have been a hot topic of research and discussion on industrial production. Bag filters with simple operation, high recovery have been widely used. This atticle is about an attempt on solid phase polymerization at high temperature and normal pressure, try using bag filter to improve the working environment and improve product yield, achieved the expected results.
