摘要 假定需求为不确定数,运用交通网络设计双层规划理论,通过将连续交通网络设计问题转化为离散交通网络设计问题,建立基于系统总时间最小条件下区间不确定混合交通网络设计模型.根据区间运算和混合交通网络设计模型的特点,结合区间分析和遗传算法进行求解.求解结果表明:该模型及算法具有很好的稳定性. Assuming that demand is uncertain, the study establishes the mixed traffic network design of minimum time model under interval uncertainty with the traffic network design bi - level programming theory, which transforms continuous traffic network design problems into discrete traffic network design problems. A method which is the combination of interval analysis and genetic algorithm is put forward to solve the model. The results show that the model and algorithm have good stability.
