摘要
EST人才培养模式是以就业为导向的导师团队制人才培养模式。模式以就业为导向,依据社会需求设置专业特色课程,由学生按照自己的兴趣及就业意愿选择方向,每个方向配备4-6名导师,组成一个团队,指导学生学习。导师指导学生选修专业学科及相关学科的课程,制定学习计划,带领学生做深入研究,并组织学生进行实践,进而全方位提升学生的能力,达到培养符合社会需求的英语实用人才的目的。
@@@@EST talent cultivation mode refers to the supervisory team mode oriented towards employment .Based on the em‐ployment ,this mode sets special major course according to social needs .The students choose their study area out of their own interest and career will .With four to six supervisors ,each team can make further study .Supervisors conduct students to take major or related courses ,make study plans ,lead them to make further research and organize them to put into practice in order to improve students'overall abilities and cultivate English practical talents who can meet social needs .Thus the students can make a strong point in the severe employment situation .
