摘要
针对海南炼化120×104t/a年连续重整装置运行中出现的重整进料板式换热器压降增大、增压机凝汽器真空度降低、四合一炉长明灯管线堵塞、抽提蒸馏塔频繁液泛等问题进行专题研究,分析原因,并制定相应的处理措施,均得到了有效处理,保证了装置的长周期运行。
In order to resolve problems that the press drop of reforming feeding plate type heat exchangers is increased, the vacuum degree of condensers of superchargers is reduced, pipelines of altar lamps, which burn day and night, of four-in-one furnaces are blocked, flooding of extractive distillation towers is caused freque ntly and the like in running of continuous catalytic reforming units with the yield of 1200000 tons per year in the Hainan oil refining industry Co., LTD, researches on current issues are carried out, reasons are analyzed, corresponding treatment measures are taken, all the problems can be resolved effectively, and the long-term running of the units is guaranteed.
