摘要
目的对单纯性骨囊肿的影像学特点和临床治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法随机选取2009年6月～2010年6月于本院接受诊治的86例单纯性骨囊肿患者,所有患者行X线、CT扫描和MRI检查,对该病的影像学特点进行总结,然后根据影像学资料对患者实施治疗,A组46例患者采取激素注射治疗,B组40例患者采取清除病灶联合同种异体骨移植治疗,对两种方法的治疗效果进行分析总结。结果单纯性骨囊肿影像学特点主要为骨干部或长骨干骺端的椭圆形溶骨受损,周围硬化带呈薄层,边界明显,骨皮质轻度膨胀,CT显示囊内为低密度改变,MRI显示T1加权像为中等或低等信号,T2加权像显示为高等均匀信号;A组患者治疗总有效率为84.78%,B组治疗总有效率为90.00%,两种疗法的效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单纯性骨囊肿具有明显的影像学特点,激素和同种异体骨移植治疗单纯性骨囊肿的效果明显,临床治疗时可根据患者的影像资料选择合适的方法治疗。
Objective To explore and analyze the imaging characteristics and clinical therapeutic effect of simple bone cyst. Methods 86 cases of simple bone cyst patients who received diagnosis and treatment were selected from June 2009 to June 2010. All patients were examined by X-ray, CT and MRI, and the imaging features of this disease was summarized. Then＇ the patients was given implement treatment according to the imaging data. Group A was treated by hormone injections, and group B was treated by clear lesions in conjunction with allograft bone transplantation. The effect were analyzed and summarized. Results The imaging characteristics of simple bone cyst showed： backbone or long backbone epiphysis end oval dissolved bone damage, the hardening band, thin layer, boundary obviously, bone cortex mild inflation. CT showed sac for low density change, MRI showed the Tl,weighted images for medium or low signal, the T2-weighted images for higher uniform signal. The total effective rate of group A was 84.78%, total effec- tive rate of group B was 90.00%, the difference of two groups was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Simple bone cyst has obvious imaging characteristics, hormones and allograft bone transplantation have obvious effect in the treat- ment for simple bone cyst. Clinic should chose appropriate method to treat this disease according to patients＂ image material if clinical treatment.
