摘要
强啡肽(dynorphin,Dyn)作为内源性阿片肽的一种,同时也是一类重要的神经递质。其功能涉及广泛,对神经、感觉、运动、免疫等系统具有重要调节作用,其中以调节疼痛方面的作用尤为突出。本文就近十年来关于强啡肽在疼痛方面的研究进展及其可能机制总结做一综述。
Dynorphin as a kind of endogenous opioid peptides is also a kind of important It＇s function covers widely and plays important roles in nervous , feeling, sports, immune system, particularly in the regulation of pain. This article summarized the research progress and possible mechanism of dynorphin in pain in recent ten years.
