摘要
中国房地产是国民经济的先导产业和支柱产业,可分为发展时期、过热时期、调整时期、培育新的经济增长点时期和市场宏观调控时期五个阶段。房地产投资对国民经济增长的拉动作用是明显的,但要防止过度投资,以利于房地产业的健康和持续发展。
Real estate industry, which functions as a pillar and precursor in national economy, can be classified into five periods: development, overheat, readjustment, cultivation of new points of economic growth and market macro-control. Real estate plays a striking role in promoting national economic growth. However, efforts need to be made to deter excessive investment so as to facilitate healthy and sustainable development of real estate industry.
