摘要
综述了分析聚乙烯化学组成分布的热梯度相互作用色谱(TGIC)技术。介绍了TGIC技术的实验方法和影响TGIC实验的因素。借用现有的结晶淋洗分级仪、石墨材料色谱柱和通用的检测器就可建立TGIC实验装置。TGIC技术可用于在较大的共聚单体含量范围内建立对乙烯共聚物的分析方法。对由微观结构接近的聚合物组成的共混物,用TGIC进行分析可以不受共结晶的影响而得出可靠结果。TGIC技术还可与升温淋洗分级或结晶淋洗分级技术相结合,提高分析聚烯烃的分辨率。
A polyethylene characterization technique, thermal gradient interaction chromatography(TGIC), was summarized. The experimental methods of TGIC were introduced, and some experimental examples and influence factors of TGIC were reviewed. TGIC can be performed with a commercially available crystallization elution fractionation(CEF) instrument, a graphitic column and commonly used detectors. TGIC can be used to analyze comonomer distributions in ethylene copolymers with a large content of comonomers. Cocrystallization will not take place in TGIC experiments, so it can analyze blends made of resins with similar microstructure and give reliable results. TGIC can be combined with temperature rising elution fractionation or CEF to improve the resolution of polyolefin analysis.
