摘要
高等职业教育重在培养高级技术技能人才和专家级技术技能人才,而文化作为民族的血脉与灵魂,则是高等职业教育人才培养的引领。本文从文化的内涵、基本要素的角度出发,提出从领导团队的文化自觉和教师文化两方面入手,建设优秀的学校文化。
Higher vocational education focuses on cultivation of senior technicians with high skills and expert level technicians. As blood and soul of a nation, culture is leading higher vocational education in talent cultivation. This paper, from inner side of culture and basic factors of culture, puts forward suggestions of building college culture by leadership＇s culture awareness and teacher culture.
