摘要
根据用户码头靠泊系缆条件及门式起重机参数,结合远洋运输船能力等,提出了三种运输与安装方案,并通过方案比选论证,确定了采用分段式远洋运输、现场提升安装、整机滚装上岸的方案。文章详细介绍了方案实施过程中厂内总装、远洋运输、现场提升安装和滚装上岸过程的工艺要点,对国外需要远洋运输且满足适用条件的船厂门式起重机的安装具有借鉴意义。
Based on the terminal hawser berthing conditions and gantry crane parameters,and combined with ocean shipping capacity,etc.,the paper puts forward three shipping and installation plans,and through comparison and demonstration,the plan of segment-based ocean transportion,on-site lifting installation and rolling on shore is adopted.The paper details the technique essentials in in-plant general assembly,ocean transportation,on-site lifting installation and rolling on shore during plan implementation,which provides reference significance for installation of shipbuilding gantry cranes requiring ocean transportation abroad.
