摘要
集成LC单元结构是对平面磁集成技术的应用,其电磁参数由R,L,C,G组成。确立LC单元电磁参数随频率变化特点对于精确建模和分析集成LC单元高频特性有重要意义。基于广义弧线传输线模型建立了环形集成LC线圈的高频模型,推导了以电磁参数为关键分量的矩阵方程。采用ANSYS有限元分析工具,对3匝环形LC单元建立模型,算例仿真,得到不同频率下各电磁参数的数值分布。通过对仿真结果分析,获得了一些有益的结论。
Appling of magnetic integration technology, the integrated LC unit of the plane filter was instructed, whose electromagnetic parameters are composed of R, L, C, G. It is of great importance to establish electromagnetic parameters on frequency characteristics, in order to accurate model and analyze the high frequency characteristics of integrated LC unit. A model for high frequency performance based on the generalized arched transmission-line theory was employed. The matrix equation was deduced, in which electromagnetic parameters are key components: Based on FE simulation, high frequency model of 3 turns circular LC unit was built. The numerical distribution of electromagnetic parameters on different frequency was got. Through the analysis of experimental results, some useful conclusions were obtained.
