摘要
英国是文化创意产业最发达的国家之一。其文化创意产业为英国的发展提供经济动力、文化风向以及种种社会功能,体现了重要的战略意义。借鉴英国经验,发展我国的文化创意产业要着力抓好完善法律法规、拓宽投入机制、培养创新人才和优化产业结构等几个方面。
UK is one of the world＇s countries with the most developed cultural and creative industries. The cultural and crea- tive industries of UK provide economic forces, cultural trend indicators and various social functions for its national develop- ment, embodying strategically important significance. In the light of UK＇s experiences, the development of our country＇s cul- tural and creative industries should put more emphasis on completing laws and regulations, broadening investment channels, cultivating innovative personals and optimizing industrial structure.
