摘要
肝细胞癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率极高。近期研究表明,肝细胞癌在缺氧条件下的增殖、浸润与HIF-1α所调控的基因表达有关,而植物黄酮对于肿瘤的发生、增殖、迁移、血管的生成以及耐药性等都具有显著的抑制作用,其抗肿瘤分子药理机制与HIF-1α基因表达有关。本文主要就HIF-1α生物学特性及植物黄酮对肝癌细胞HIF-1α表达的影响进行综述。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the common malignant tumors in China,having an extremely high mortality rate.Recent studies have shown that the proliferation and infiltration of hepatocellular carcinoma under hypoxic conditions were related to the gene expression regulated by hypoxia-inducible factor-1α.The plant flavonoids has a significant inhibitory effect on tumor genesis about proliferation,migration,angiogenesis and drug resistance and so.Further more,its anti-tumor molecular pharmacological mechanisms is related to the gene expression of HIF-1α.This article reviewed the biological characteristics of HIF-1α and the impact on HIF-1αgene expression in liver cancer cell from plant flavonoids.
