摘要
加药是保证中水回用系统出水水质的重要环节,为了实现加药系统的自动化控制,以PLC作为控制单元,引入PID控制运算,保证了加药量的精确控制,并且通过PLC梯形图和HMI组态软件,把加药系统的各个组成部分有机联系在一起,实现完善的人机交互功能。
Dosing system is an important process to guarantee the quality of the output water in water reuse. In order to realize the automatic control of dosing system, we introduced the PLC as the control unit and the PID control operation which ensured the accurate control of dosage. And through the design of PLC and HMI configuration software, each part of the dosing system was organically linked to realize the perfect man-machine interactive function.
