摘要
目的:探讨在手术室实施人性化护理模式的效果。方法:将120例符合手术指征的患者根据入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采取人性化护理模式进行护理,对照组仅采用传统护理方法,比较2组的手术效果及患者的满意度。结果:2组患者进入手术室后,心率与血压均较术前有显著变化,且观察组与对照组比较,有显著性差异,术后2组的血压、心率均恢复至正常,与进入手术室时相比,无显著性差异,但与术前相比,差异有显著性。观察组的满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室实施人性化护理,可提高护理工作质量,提升患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the effects of humanized nursing carried out in the operating room. Method: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The observation group received personalized nursing and the control group traditional nursing method, the effects of surgery and satisfactory degree of the patients were compared. Result: The comparison between before surgery and after entering the operating room had significant changes, the comparison between both groups showed significant difference. After surgery, blood pressure and heart rate of both groups returned to normal, compared with the time of entering the operating room, it demonstrated no statistical difference, the difference was significant compared with the time of before surgery. Satis- factory degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of personalized nursing in the operating room could improve the quality of nursing and satisfactory degree of the patients.
