摘要
如何开展校企深度合作是高等职业教育教学改革与发展中要解决的关键问题之一。本文提出建立"前店后校"校企合作高技能人才培养平台,充分发挥双方的优势,给师生营造"上学如上班、上课如上岗"全真环境,把企业对人才的要求贯穿于人才培养的全过程,从而提高人才培养质量,践行能力本位的高职教育理念。
How to develop the profound cooperation between school and enterprise has become one of key is- sues in the higher vocational education teaching reform and development. The paper puts forward a high-skilled talent training platform of front shop-after school with the school-enterprise cooperation, which would take fully advantage of both parties, create virtual environment of go to school as work, take class as mount guard for teachers and students, and let the talents requirement from enterprises run through the whole process of talents training so as to improve the quality of talents training, carry out the competency-based higher vocational education idea.
