摘要
轴承套圈毛坯在冲孔过程中发生开裂。通过宏观观察、金相检验及扫描电镜和能谱等方法对开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,造成套圈毛坯开裂的主要原因是材料内部有严重夹杂和缩孔残余,属冶金缺陷。结合生产实际,提出了相应的改进措施,避免了裂纹的形成。
Bearing ring blank cracked during the punching process. The crazing reason was studied by means of macro and micro observation,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that bearing ring blank cracking is caused by serious slag inclusion inside material, due to retained shrinkage and they belong to the metallurgical defects. At the same time, combined with the actual production, the corresponding measures are put forward, thus the cracks of bearing blank can be avoided.
