摘要
积极稳妥推进城镇化进程,是全面建设小康社会和实现社会主义现代化的重大战略任务,中国的城镇化既要遵循城镇化发展的一般规律又要符合中国国情,而在中国国情中最不应该被忽略的就是乡村价值及其深远的影响力。还原其历史价值,并在此基础上挖掘乡村价值的时代功能成为中国城镇化道路不走偏的重要保证。城镇化的过程不是用城市取代农村,而是城市文明与乡村文明并行发展的过程,二元共存的城镇化才是中国特色城镇化的核心所在。
t：Actively and steadily promoting urbanization process is a major strategm task ot t^mlamg a mouerate^y prosperous society and achieving socialist modernization. It is essential for China^s urbanization to follow the general law of urbanization but also keep in line with China＇ s own conditions, among which the rural value and its far-reaching influence are the last thing to be ignored. To restore its historical value and further display its function in the new age is an important guarantee for China＇ s urbanization not to go astray. The process of urbanization is not lust a replacement of rural civilization with urban civilization, but a parallel development of the two, and the coexistence of the two is the core of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.
