摘要
目的研究药材短叶决明的化学成分。方法采用柱层析色谱和重结晶方法分离纯化短叶决明的化学成分,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为:大黄酚(Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅱ)、大黄素(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、正二十七烷醇(Ⅴ)、豆甾醇(Ⅵ)和肌醇(Ⅶ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and elucidate the constituents from Cassia leschenaultiana DC.. METHODS Chromatographic technology and recrystallization were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were identified with the physico - chemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from Cassia leschenaultiana DC. and identified as chrysophanol(Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ), emodin (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (IV), n-heptacosanol( V),stigmasterol(Ⅵ), and inositol(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION All of the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
