摘要
高职院校虽是非营利性组织,但它是一种典型的利益相关者组织,高职办学应考虑到学生和企业等利益相关方。针对目前汽车营销类专业公共英语教学现状,在利益相关者理论指导下,本文提出了"英语+专业"的新型人才培养模式。
Higher vocational college is a kind of NPO, while it is a typical kind of stakeholder organization, so higher vocational education should consider the interests of its stakeholders. According to the present situation of tourism talents cultivating in higher vocational col＂ leges, under the guide of the stakeholder theory, the thesis puts forward the new ＂English ＋ specialized skill＂ talents cultivating model.
