摘要
活塞与气缸的配合间隙,对发动机的使用寿命影响甚大,影响配合间隙的主要因素是活塞在工作状态下的变形.真实反映活塞的变形情况,国内已广泛采用有限元进行数值分析.本文以活塞三维有限元分析为基础,按流体动力润滑理论、传热学基础等所得活塞裙部油膜压力分布和温度场,得出活塞工作状态下的热变形和机械变形,为活塞的型面设计和活塞与气缸的最佳配合问题提供了依据.
The joint gap between a piston and a cylinder has great influence on the service life of an engine.The primary factor influencing the joint gap is the deformation of piston under working condintion.In order to show up the actual deformation of piston, the finite element method has been widely applied to analyse it numerically in China.In this paper, the distribution of oil film pressure and the temperature field of piston skirt are worked out based on the three-dimensional-finite-element-method-analysis of piston, employing the liquid dynamic lubrication theory and the fundamentals of heat conduction theory.The heating deformation and mechanical deformation of piston under its working eondition are also attained.These results provide scientific basis for the piston profile design and the study of the best joint between piston and cylinder.
