摘要
为观察急诊护理流程对下消化道出血患者护理质量的影响，给规范下消化道出血的急诊护理流程、提高诊疗水平和护理质量提供临床依据，对35例下消化道出血患者制定并实施规范化的急诊护理流程，以针对性的护理措施配合医师的诊疗活动。记录并评估该组患者的治疗效果，并采用KolcabaL简化舒适评价量表对护理质量进行测评。结果显示，35例下消化道出血患者中，溃疡性结肠炎5例、克罗恩病2例、肛裂4例经内科止血和对症支持治疗病情缓解或治愈出院；22例患者经外科手术治疗成功止血；2例直肠癌患者于围手术期死亡。KolcabaL量表评分显示，规范化护理后患者生理和心理舒适度指标较护理前显著提高（P〈0．05）。结果表明，规范化的下消化道出血急诊护理流程可显著提高该病诊疗水平和护理质量。
This paper was to observe the influence of emergency nursing process on tne quanty of nursing in lower gastrointestinal bleeding and to provide clinical basis for the specification of emergency nursing process,improvement of diagnosis and treatment as well as quality of nursing. Standardized emergency nursing process was formulated and performed on 35 cases of lower gastrointestinal bleeding in order to co-operate with the physicians＇ activities. Clinical efficacy was recorded and assessed, and the quality of nursing was assesed with simplified KolcabaL＇s comfort scale. The results showed that of 35 cases with lower gas-trointestinal bleeding,there were 5 cases of ulcerative colitis,2 cases of Crohn＇s disease,4 cases of anal fis-sure who were improved or cured after internal medicine hemostasis and symptomatic supporting treatment and discharged from the hospital; 22 cases had successfully controlled their bleeding after surgical treat-ment ;perioperative death occurred in 2 cases of rectal cancer. Kolcaba scale scores indicated that the patient＇s physiological and psychological comfort indicators were improved significantly after standardized nursing （ P 〈 0.05）. It is concluded that standardized emergency nursing process for lower gastrointestinal bleed-ing can significantly improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and the quality of nursing.
