摘要
为探讨治疗重度环状混合痔的微创方法，对128例重度环状混合痔采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）加外剥术行一期手术治疗，对治疗结果进行观察总结。结果显示，128例患者均一次性治愈，随访2年，无复发。结果表明，PPH加外剥术治疗重度环状混合痔疗效确切，临床满意度高，具有术后并发症少、疼痛轻、恢复快等优点。
This study was to discuss a minimally invasive method for severe circumferential mixed hemor-rhoids,128 cases received primary surgery of PPH plus external dissection and the cure outcomes were ob-served and surnarized. The results showed that 128 cases got cured after primary treatment,and nobody re-lapsed after a two-year follow-up. It is concluded that PPH plus external dissection is effective for circum-ferential mixed hemorrhoids and owns the merits of high clinical satisfaction, fewer complications,less pain and rapid recovery.
