摘要
孟子一生从事教育事业长达40余年,他用自己毕生的经验肯定了教育的必要性和重要性。无论从教育者本身还是从受教育者来讲,他都提出了很多好的见解。如"性善论"指出了教育的功能";乐于教育"提出了教育者应具备的态度;"因材施教"指出了教育的方法";取法乎上"则对受教育者提出了要求。除此之外,孟子对为人处事也有独到见解。
Mencius, who devoted himself to education for more than 40 years, has proved the necessity and significance of education with his experience during his life. Mencius put forward many good views on both educators and learners. For example, he pointed out the function of education by writing "Theory of O14ginal Goodness of Human Nature". By "Willingness for Education", he pointed out the proper attitudes that educators should have. He put forward practical method for education that "educators should teach learners differently according to their various features". Mencius put forward requirements to learners through his argument, "Learners should always set high aims". Further more, Mencius also had unique views on dealing with the life.
