摘要
采用药膜法毒力测定与田间试验相结合的方法,研究了高效氯氰菊酯、苦参碱、吡虫啉3种农药对葡萄二黄斑叶蝉若虫的毒杀效果。结果表明,3种不同类型杀虫剂对葡萄二黄斑叶蝉若虫的室内触杀毒力从大到小顺序依次为高效氯氰菊酯、苦参碱、吡虫啉,24 h致死中质量浓度分别为0.461 6,1.084 0,1.160 2 mg.L-1;田间施药后第7天,高效氯氰菊酯各浓度和3.80 mg.L-1苦参碱的虫口减退率、校正防效均较高。
Contacting toxicity test of three pesticides, namely beta cypermethrin, matrine, imidacloprid, on Erythroneura sp nympha in laboratory by drug membrane method and control effect in field was conducted. The results showed that the range of contacting mortality rate of Erythroneura sp nympha was beta cypermethrin, matrine and imidacloprid. And the median lethal concentration (LC50) of three pesticides against the pests were 0.461 6 mg·L-1 ,1.084 0 mg · L-1 ,1.160 2 mg · L-1 in 24 hours, respectively. The dropping rate of pest and correct effectiveness of all concentrations of beta cypermethrin,3.80 mg · L-1 matrine were well ob- tained in 7 days of chemicals spraying.
