摘要
运用AUTODYN-3D软件和基于Mott破片分布理论的Stochastic随机破碎模型对圆柱型战斗部进行了三维数值模拟,对给定的装药,壳体材料和起爆方式构造正交表,通过对每组试验结果进行综合分析,得出最优结果:壳体为4340钢,装药为8701炸药以及起爆方式为两端起爆时形成的破片各指标最佳。
The study used AUTODYN-3D software and the Stochastic random fragmentation model which are based on the theory of Mott fragment distribution to simulate the random fragments of the cylindrical warhead,then constructed an orthogonal table by given charges,shell materials and initiation modes,and analyzed each set of simulation results.The results show that when the shell material is Steel 4340,the explosive is 8701,and the both ends initiation mode is adopted,the formation of random fragments' parameters are the best.
