摘要
目的探讨中医辩证治疗治疗偏头痛性眩晕的综合疗效。方法选取近年来于我院治疗的偏头痛性眩晕症患者176例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规西医护理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医辩证施治;对两组患者的临床综合疗效进行观察分析。结果观察组患者总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的79.5%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除生理功能在治疗前后无明显改变外,两组患者各维度治疗后均优于治疗前,观察组各维度治疗后优于对照组,均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医护理治疗基础上,联合中医辩证施治对偏头痛性眩晕症患者进行治疗,效果显著,能够提高治疗总有效率,改善患者的预后和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive efficacy of Chinese dialectical method in the treatment of migrainous vertigo. Methods 176 cases of migrainous vertigo patients in recent years in our hospital were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine care treatment, and the observation group was taken with Chinese dialectical therapy on the basis of conventional western medicine care treatment. The clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 92.0% in the observation group, significantly higher than 79.5% in the control group （P 〈0.05）. In addition to the physiological function before and after treatment without significant change, the treatment of various dimensions of the two groups were better than that before treatment, and the various dimensions of the observation group were better than that of control group, there were significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine care, the treatment effect for joint Chinese dialectical therapy in the treatment of migraine vertigo is significant, and it can improve the treatment efficiency and quality of life for patients＇ prognosis.
