摘要
为了解决大帧数提花机所面临的数据传输速度慢和工作效率低的问题,提出了一种化整为零、串并结合的数据传输方式.提花机主控制器首先将整块花型数据按经线分离成块,然后在提花工作之前交付给各下位机存储,提花机工作过程中各下位机并行工作,将提花数据串转换并输出.该数据传输方法设计灵活,便于升级改造,适用于各种电子提花机的主控系统.
In order to accelerate the sending speed and enhance the efficiency of an electronic jacquard, this pa- per provides a method to break up the whole into parts and make the electronic jacquard operate in a serial - par- allel mode. Firstly, the whole pattern data separated into blocks according tothewarpthreads is delivered to the slaver computers; then, all the slaver computers shift bits simultaneously. Flexible and convenient to be upgra- ded, the design is thus applicable to a variety of electronic jacquard machine controllers.
