摘要 针对电动负载模拟系统在科学研究和产品生产中的应用,提出了基于他励直流电动机的负载模拟系统,系统以转矩、电流双闭环复合控制为控制策略,采用内模控制方法设计了电流调节器和转矩调节器。在此基础上,借助MATLAB/Simulink对系统进行了仿真研究。主要以风机类负载为例对系统的性能进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,设计的系统具有响应迅速、模拟准确、可靠等特点。为搭建实际试验平台奠定了基础。 An electromotor load emulation system with separately excited DC motor was introduced. The control strategy was based on torque and current double closed-loop. And the current regulator and torque regulator were designed with internal model control. On this basis, the system was emulated by MATLAB/Simulink. Fan-type load was mainly emulated to analyze the performance of the system. There have been such features of the system that the results were showed: rapid responds, accurate emulation and credibility, ect. These efforts fix the foundation to establish the real test platform. It could be realized on the basis of the research.
