摘要
国有资产的流失现象非常严重 ,如果不加以制止将会动摇社会主义物质基础 ,因此 ,必然明确界定国有资产流失的内容和范围 ,并在此基础上通过法律完善来防范国有资产的流失 ,加强国有资产的管理。
State owned assets are running off very fast.If we do not curb it,the socialist material base will be shaken.Therefore we must make clear the content and scope of this kind of run off.On the basis of this,and through the perfection of the relevant laws,we can prevent the run off of the state owned assets and strengthen the management of the state owned assets.
