摘要
混流式转轮焊接残余应力分布对其抗疲劳性能有重要影响,转轮焊后及热处理后的焊接残余应力测试已经成为转轮制造过程中的必要工艺。采用盲孔应力释放法对溪洛渡转轮焊后及热处理后叶片进水边与上冠接头区域正、负压面,出水边与下环接头区域负压面及出水边与上冠接头区域负压面的焊缝区、熔合区及热影响区的残余应力进行了测试与分析。结果表明转轮热处理消除应力效果显著,可有效降低转轮残余应力水平,焊后残余应力峰值较高且分布不均,热处理后残余应力峰值显著降低,并且趋于均匀分布,热处理效果良好。
The distribution of welding residual stress has a major impact on the fatigue restraint ability of Francis runners. The welding residual stress test after welding and heat treatment has been the necessary process during the manufacture of the runner. Bfind hole method has been taken to test and analysis the residual stress after welding and heat treatment of the Xiluodu runner. And the test area include weld zone, fusion zone and heat affect zone of the joints between blade inlet edge and crown, outlet edge and band, and outlet edge and crown. The results show that there is significant effect after the heat treatment of the runner. The level of residual stress reduced effectively. After the runner being welded, the peak value of residual stress was very high and distributed unevenly. After heat treatment, the peak value of residual stress reduced significantly. And the distribution tended to equality. The heat treatment has achieved excellent effects.
